Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive and vigilant approach to ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises on a regular basis, ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels
• Respond promptly to security breaches or suspicious activity
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Control access to the premises and screen visitors
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and observations
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Assist with other security-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and agility
• Clean criminal record
• Garda Vetting clearance
