Security Officer in Dingle

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Dingle, Ireland. This on-site position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, and entrances
• Control access and verify identification of authorized individuals
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies swiftly and effectively
• Conduct regular security checks, including fire safety and electrical inspections
• Report and document security-related events, incidents, and breaches
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
• Maintain security equipment and systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls
• Assist with crowd control and manage visitor traffic
• Enforce company security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong physical presence and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Detail-oriented and observant with a keen eye for potential security threats
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
