Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Wexford. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises through CCTV, access cards, and physical security measures
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide a highly visible and reassuring presence to deter theft and other criminal activity
• Conduct periodic patrols of the property to check for suspicious activity
• Report all security incidents and observations to management
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physically fit and capable of patrolling in all weather conditions
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Garda vetting clearance
