Security Officer in Dorechester

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Dorechester DT1 1AE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting assets, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
 

Responsibilities:

.Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
.Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and parking regulations
.Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
.Conduct foot patrols, inspect facilities, and investigate suspicious activity
.Document incidents, write reports, and communicate with law enforcement as needed
.Maintain security equipment and systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls
.Ensure fire safety and prevent accidents by monitoring equipment and conducting drills
.Provide customer service and assist visitors as required

Qualifications:

.High school diploma or equivalent
.Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Strong observational and analytical abilities
.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
.Physical fitness and ability to perform regular patrols
.First aid and CPR certification is preferred
.Must possess a valid driving license (preferred)
