We are searching for a highly motivated and reliable Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at Earnflex Ltd in Bradwall. This role is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Security Officer Job Responsibilities in Bradwall:

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both internally and externally, to monitor and prevent unauthorized entry or activity.
• Monitor and control access to the building, using electronic systems and physical barriers.
• Perform identity checks on visitors, contractors, and employees.
• Inspect vehicles and personal belongings entering or leaving the premises.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and other security incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain and monitor security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Participate in security training and professional development programs.

Security Officer Required Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited (Security Industry Authority) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Excellent physical fitness and situational awareness
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and systems
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
