SEE Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Birmingham, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to define and validate solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and define stakeholder needs and objectives
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements from diverse sources
• Document business requirements in clear and concise user stories, use cases, and other artifacts
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and user experience
• Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Proficient in business analysis tools, such as Visio, MS Office Suite, and Jira
• Experience in software development or IT project management is highly desirable
