Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research, identify target customers, and qualify leads
  • Cold call and email prospects to generate appointments and build relationships
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Manage existing customer relationships and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Forecast sales, track performance, and report on results
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in software sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or software sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and software industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and drive
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
