• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any changes to their health or condition
• Preparing and serving meals
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Following all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Care Worker
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality care
