Earnflex hiring Care Worker (Old Home)

Description Overview:

Royal Corp Security seeks a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker (Old Home) to provide exceptional care and support to elderly residents. The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to ensure the well-being of our valued residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nurse
Administer medications as prescribed
Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in elder care or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and assist residents
First Aid certification (preferred)
Knowledge of dementia care (preferred)
