Full time Security Officer in Amlwch

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Amlwch. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background and be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to facilities and equipment
• Conduct security patrols and inspections to identify potential risks
• Respond to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and security breaches
• Investigate incidents and gather evidence
• Report suspicious activities or incidents promptly to management
• Adhere to company security policies and procedures
• Follow emergency response plans and evacuation procedures
• Assist with crowd control and access management during events
• Maintain accurate security logs and records

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in security, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of security best practices and procedures
• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness to perform security duties that may involve prolonged standing, walking, or running
• Proficiency in using security equipment, such as radios, surveillance cameras, and access control systems

 

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
• Clear driving record
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
