We are searching for a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors.

Security Officer Key Responsibilities in Aberdeen:

- Conduct regular patrols to deter and identify unauthorized activities within the premises.

- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems consistently to promptly detect and respond to any security threats that may arise.

- Respond effectively and promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches.

- Enforce security protocols and company policies to ensure compliance and uphold safety standards.

- Provide assistance and support to visitors and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns.

- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services necessary to address security incidents.

- Participate in training programs to enhance security skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Security Officer Job Requirements in Aberdeen:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not required.

- Possession of a valid security license or the ability to obtain one.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain composed under pressure and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures is advantageous.

A valid SIA License, proof of the right to work in the UK, proof of address, and five years of employment history are required.
