Full Time Security Officer in Aberdeen

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd., a reputable security provider, seeks a diligent Full Time Security Officer to enhance the safety and security of our clients in Aberdeen. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for safeguarding premises, assets, and individuals in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of designated areas, monitoring and reporting suspicious activities
• Control building access, verifying identity and administering access permissions
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
• Monitor security camera footage and other surveillance equipment
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other external parties as required
• Conduct routine fire safety and security checks, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports, documenting observations and activities
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity and professionalism of the security operation

Qualifications:

• SIA Close Protection or Door Supervisor License (preferred)
• Strong understanding of security principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
• Physical fitness and endurance to perform extended patrols and handle physical confrontations
• Vigilance, attention to detail, and a keen eye for suspicious behavior
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology

• On-site at client premises within Aberdeen
• Flexible shift patterns, including weekend and evening work
