Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to safeguard the premises and personnel at our workplace in Aberystwyth, UK. Reporting directly to the Security Manager, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and protected environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control points, and intrusion detection alarms
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Control access to authorized personnel and visitors
• Report suspicious activities or breaches of security
• Conduct security checks and searches as required
• Maintain security logs and incident reports
• Assist law enforcement officers as needed
• Participate in regular security assessments and training programs

 

Qualifications

• SIA-licensed with a minimum of three years of experience in a security role
• Excellent physical fitness and a keen eye for detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in security systems and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean criminal record and good conduct references
