Description:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect our premises and personnel in Acharacle. The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and a deep understanding of security procedures.

 

Overview:

The Full-time Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, and assets within the assigned area. They will work closely with other security personnel, management, and external law enforcement agencies to maintain a secure environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all entrances and exits to the premises
• Patrol designated areas and conduct routine surveillance
• Respond to alarms and other emergency situations
• Investigate suspicious activities and incidents
• Report security incidents and observations to management and authorities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Control access to restricted areas
• Provide customer service and assistance as needed
• Maintain daily logs and security reports

 

Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited Security Guarding qualification (Levels 2 or 3 preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and stamina
• Detail-oriented and observant
• Knowledge of security systems and technology
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
