Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our workplace in Alnwick. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting the company, its assets, and its personnel against unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access controls
• Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly and efficiently
• Enforce company security protocols and procedures
• Identify and report suspicious individuals or activities
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
• Complete and maintain security-related documentation
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
• Work in a team environment and collaborate with other members of the security team

 

Qualifications

• SIA license or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended shifts
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, and access controls desirable
