Job Overview

This on-site role is responsible for safeguarding the premises, protecting employees and visitors, and ensuring compliance with all security protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, and entrances
Enforce security policies and procedures, such as access control and ID verification
Respond to and investigate alarms, security incidents, and emergencies
Conduct security checks on vehicles, packages, and individuals
Establish and maintain a visible presence to deter crime
Assist law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on security activities
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and the public
Keep abreast of security trends and best practices

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for observation
Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of security equipment and surveillance systems
Professional and courteous demeanor
