Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to protect and secure its workplace in Arminghall, Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical presence, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the workplace premises to ensure safety and security
Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches
Inspect and secure access points and ensure proper operation of security equipment
Control access to the facility, check identification, and issue visitor badges
Conduct background checks and maintain security records
Provide customer service and assist employees and visitors as needed
Report all security-related incidents and maintain accurate documentation
Comply with all workplace security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform demanding physical tasks
Strong observational and detail-oriented skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in operating security equipment and technology
Understanding of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
