Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Barby, Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises on foot or in a vehicle, monitoring for unauthorized activity
• Conduct thorough searches of vehicles and individuals entering or exiting the property
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
• Report suspicious activity or security concerns to management
• Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Control and manage access to restricted areas
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety
• Provide customer service and assist visitors and staff
• Document and report all security-related incidents and activities
• Work closely with law enforcement and other security personnel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security or law enforcement
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using security equipment
• SIA license or equivalent certification preferred
