Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Bingley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activities or threats
Monitor security cameras and other surveillance systems
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely and professional manner
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Interview visitors and check credentials for authorized access
Report security concerns and incidents to management
Maintain accurate logs and records of patrols and incidents
Assist with crowd control and traffic management
Provide customer service and support to visitors
Carry out other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observation, detection, and reporting abilities
Physical fitness and ability to handle demanding situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
