• Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any unauthorized activities on the premises.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to discover and respond to potential security threats.
• Respond promptly and effectively to situations such as medical events, fire alarms, and security breaches.
• Enforce security processes and company rules to guarantee compliance and meet safety standards.
• Address visitors' and employees' questions and concerns.
• Create comprehensive incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related actions.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to handle security issues.
• Participate in training programs to enhance security skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Security Officer Job Requirements for Birmingham:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related industries is recommended but not necessary.
• Possession of a current security license or the ability to obtain one.
