Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Bixley, Norwich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized entry
Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
Respond to security incidents, including fire, medical emergencies, and theft
Conduct investigations and document findings in incident reports
Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with visitors and employees

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
SIA Security Officer License (or ability to obtain one)
2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
Physical fitness and ability to work in an outdoor environment
Understanding of security systems and protocols
Knowledge of first aid and CPR
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean criminal record
