Full-Time Security Officer at EarnFlex

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join its team in Bozeat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and well-being of persons, property, and assets at the Bozeat site.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the site premises, both indoors and outdoors
Screen and control access to the site and buildings
Respond to security incidents, including emergencies and security breaches
Conduct security inspections and identify potential risks
Report suspicious activities, security violations, and any other incidents to management
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, staff, and visitors
Comply with all applicable security protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

SIA Level 2 Security Guard License
Excellent physical fitness and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a similar environment
Proficient in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driving license with an impeccable driving history
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
