Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol premises on foot or via CCTV surveillance
Enforce security measures and respond to emergencies
Control access to restricted areas and manage key systems
Inspect buildings and surroundings for suspicious activity or hazards
Report and document all incidents and observations promptly
Assist with crowd control and event security as needed
Liaise with local authorities and external security services
Maintain and operate security equipment, including CCTV and access control systems

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
