Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join their team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property at the company's premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect suspicious activities
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct routine security checks and inspections
• Screen visitors and verify their identities
• Maintain detailed logs of all security-related incidents
• Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management
• Conduct regular fire safety and evacuation drills
• Assist with crowd control and access management during events
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and latest security technologies
• Participate in staff training and development programs

Qualifications

• Certificate in Security Operations or equivalent experience
• Prior work experience in a similar security role
• Strong physical and mental fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SIA license (or willingness to obtain one)
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
