Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Brixham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property
• Control access to the premises and verify employee and visitor identities
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Report any suspicious activities or violations to management
• Maintain a clean and orderly security post
• Cooperate with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Undergo regular security training to stay updated on best practices

Qualifications:

• SIA Close Protection Officer (Level 3) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control procedures
• Proficient in using security technology and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving license and willingness to travel within the region
