Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer for our office in Broadford, Isle of Skye. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Enforce security measures, including access control, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities, equipment, and grounds for any potential security breaches or hazards
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with emergency services as necessary
• Report all security-related observations and incidents to management
• Assist with the implementation of security policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or the military
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of security principles and protocols
• Proficiency in the use of security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
• Ability to remain calm and collected in emergency situations
• Physical stamina and the ability to work extended shifts
• Valid driving license and clean driving record
