Description Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, assets, and visitors within our premises at Buckie.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce security policies, regulations, and procedures
• Monitor CCTV footage and respond promptly to any security threats or incidents
• Patrol the premises regularly and conduct external and internal inspections
• Control access to the facility, including checking identification and issuing badges
• Assist with escorting visitors, contractors, and other personnel
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Conduct threat and risk assessments
• Maintain and inspect security equipment
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and logs
• Keep up-to-date on security best practices and training
• Other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of proven experience in a security officer role
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to respond to physical challenges
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• First Aid certification is preferred
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies
