Description:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our site in Bury, BL9 0AD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Overview:

Uphold a high level of vigilance and situational awareness
Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
Conduct routine patrols of the premises and exterior grounds
Enforce security policies and procedures
Assist with incident management and investigations
Maintain detailed incident logs and reporting
Build strong relationships with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
Provide customer service and assist with inquiries

Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises regularly, observing and reporting suspicious activities
Monitor and respond to CCTV footage, identifying potential threats and incidents
Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders
Enforce security measures, such as access control and perimeter security
Conduct thorough searches of individuals and vehicles upon entry and exit
Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare reports
Assist with crowd management and event security
Stay up-to-date with security protocols and industry best practices

Qualifications:

SIA (Security Industry Authority) License or equivalent certification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security officer role
Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Physical fitness and stamina to perform routine patrols
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CCTV and security equipment
