EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Canwick location. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting and safeguarding our premises and personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the security of property, assets, and personnel
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and reporting
• Respond promptly to security incidents, threats, or emergencies
• Conduct background checks, issue visitor passes, and maintain security logs
• Communicate with law enforcement and other authorities as necessary
• Perform regular inspections of security equipment and systems
• Stay abreast of security trends and best practices
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended periods standing and patrolling
• Working knowledge of security equipment and systems
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
• Clean police record
