Earnflex Hiring Security Officer in Carlisle , England

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Conduct regular inspections of security systems, equipment, and access points
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Interrogate suspects, investigate incidents, and collect evidence
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities
Provide customer service and assistance to employees and visitors
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required

Qualifications:

SIA (Security Industry Authority) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) Level 2 or equivalent certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
Clean criminal record
