Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Carlisle, CA3 8ES. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises
Conduct regular patrols of the property
Respond promptly to security incidents
Investigate and report security breaches
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services
Operate security systems and equipment
Maintain detailed security logs and reports

Qualifications

SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Knowledge of security best practices and legal requirements
