Full time Security Officer in Claudy

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Claudy, County Londonderry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Monitor and respond to alarms and security alerts
• Identify and apprehend any unauthorized individuals
• Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary
• Control access to restricted areas
• Report any incidents or suspicious activities to management
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a security role preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of security best practices a plus
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license preferred but not mandatory
