Description:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to protect and safeguard its premises in Coleraine. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and the overall integrity of the site.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises through physical security measures (e.g., gates, barriers) and electronic surveillance systems
• Conduct thorough inspections of the site and report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, theft, or medical situations, and provide first aid as required
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and logs of all security-related incidents
• Undergo ongoing training to maintain knowledge of the latest security techniques

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to work extended shifts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology (e.g., CCTV, access control systems)
• Experience with fire safety and first aid is highly desirable
