Full-Time Security Officer in Corby

Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV cameras, access control) and respond promptly to incidents
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
Enforce security protocols and procedures
Screen and control access to the premises, checking identification and authorizations
Respond to emergencies and evacuate personnel as necessary
Report security breaches, suspicious activities, and accidents promptly to management
Maintain a record of all security incidents and activities
Undergo regular training to stay up-to-date on security best practices

Qualifications:

SIA Security Officer License or equivalent certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergencies
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Familiarity with security equipment and technology
