Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors
• Screen and admit visitors, contractors, and employees
• Enforce security protocols, including access control and surveillance
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify potential risks and hazards
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, including emergencies
• Maintain an accurate log of all incidents, observations, and patrols
• Report suspicious activities to relevant authorities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other first responders as needed
• Maintain a strong and positive relationship with employees and the public
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Proven ability to deter crime, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous duties
• Familiarity with security equipment, including CCTV and access control systems
• First-aid certification a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean criminal record
