Full-Time Security Officer Position in Corsham, UK

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Corsham, UK. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures
Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Control access to the premises and verify identification
Record and report security-related incidents
Assist with investigations and provide witness statements
Conduct security inspections and audits
Maintain security equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
Physical fitness and ability to perform physical tasks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
Experience with security equipment and technology
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
