Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises using CCTV, access control systems, and regular physical patrols
Respond to security incidents, including trespassers, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
Conduct investigations and compile reports on security breaches or suspicious activities
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Maintain security equipment and systems
Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and staff
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Participate in security training and drills

Qualifications

SIA-approved Security Officer license
Proven experience in a security role within a commercial or industrial setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts
Knowledge of security systems and procedures
Previous experience in CCTV monitoring is desirable
