Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order on our premises, ensuring the protection of our staff, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, including buildings, entrances, and parking lots
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and visitor registration
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches
• Conduct security inspections of vehicles, packages, and individuals entering or leaving the premises
• Protect sensitive information and equipment from unauthorized access or theft
• Report suspicious activities or security incidents to management
• Assist with investigations and provide witness statements as necessary
• Maintain order and de-escalate confrontational situations
• Keep detailed logs of all security activities and observations
• Provide guidance and assistance to staff and visitors in a professional and approachable manner

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Security Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Proficiency in crowd control and emergency response techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for observation
• Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems and other security technologies
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) registered or eligible for registration
