Full time Security Officer in Crewe

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Crewe, UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with a proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas on foot, vehicle, or surveillance system
• Enforce building rules and regulations, including access control and visitor management
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Conduct security checks and searches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and potential hazards
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security-related activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as necessary

 

Qualifications

• SIA License or equivalent security certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with surveillance systems
• Ability to pass a DBS check
