Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of security solutions, seeks a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Cromarty site (IV11 8UY). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, deterring and responding to threats, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent security incidents
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, threats, and emergencies
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Perform access control and ID verification
Observe and report suspicious activities or individuals
Conduct regular security checks and inspections
Assist in incident investigation and reporting
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and tenants
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging security trends
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
Experience with CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and alarm monitoring
Strong physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly observant
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license (preferred)
SIA license or willingness to obtain one
Security industry or law enforcement background (preferred)
