Full time Security Officer in Cromer

Description:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Cromer, NR27 9HA. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our property, staff, and assets.

Overview:

• Monitor and observe the premises and its surroundings
• Conduct regular patrols and inspect the property for any suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Report any incidents or hazards to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including parking areas, entrances, and exits
• Screen and control access to the premises
• Check and verify identification, badges, and visitor passes
• Monitor and assess security risks and implement appropriate measures
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services as required
• Provide initial assistance to individuals in need of medical attention or emergencies
• Complete incident and activity reports
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular patrols
• First aid and CPR certification is preferred
• Must possess a valid driving license (preferred)
