Full Time Security Officer in Crowland

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to secure and protect our premises in Crowland, Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security
• Control access to the building, screening visitors and contractors
• Perform regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and emergencies
• Report suspicious activities or individuals to management
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Assist with emergency evacuations and lockdowns
• Comply with all applicable security regulations and policies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a security officer role
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification or equivalent
• Excellent physical and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
