Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Darlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel, including staff, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises
Enforce security regulations and policies
Conduct regular patrols and inspections
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Investigate security breaches and thefts
Control and issue keys and access cards
Maintain security equipment and systems
Report suspicious activities to management
Provide customer service and assistance to visitors
Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as necessary

Qualifications

SIA Security Officer License (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and alertness
Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
Proficient in using CCTV and other security equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean criminal record
