Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security protection for our premises in Devizes, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, assets, and the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Monitor security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Assist in the investigation of security breaches and incidents
• Report any suspicious activities or individuals to appropriate authorities
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a relevant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in operating and maintaining security equipment and systems
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) certification (preferred)
