Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Dingle. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises using a variety of security systems
• Patrol the premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct security investigations and prepare reports on incidents
• Maintain accurate records and logs of security-related activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide customer service and support to employees and visitors
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and security technologies

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular patrols
• Proficient in using CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment
• Clean driving record

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism setting
• Knowledge of the local area
• First aid or CPR certification
