Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Donemana, Strabane. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized entry, theft, or other security breaches
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any suspicious activities promptly
• Assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures related to security
• Use surveillance equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems, to monitor and respond to security threats
• Provide a visible and reassuring presence to employees, visitors, and the surrounding community
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Proven knowledge and understanding of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in security management or a related field
• Experience with emergency response procedures
• Knowledge of fire safety and evacuation protocols
