Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to maintain a secure environment at its workplace in Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our premises, assets, and personnel.
 

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols, and respond promptly to incidents
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and access protocols
• Conduct background checks, visitor screenings, and property inspections
• Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other security risks
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Maintain clear communication with management and local law enforcement
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a similar security role
• Excellent physical fitness and situational awareness
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in security technologies, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• A valid SIA License and UK right to work.
