Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and assets.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including entrances and exits
• Patrol the site to detect and deter unauthorized persons or suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms and security breaches promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks
• Assist with crowd control and event management
• Document and report all security incidents, including observations, investigations, and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other authorities as necessary
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with employees, visitors, and the public

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security officer in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Previous experience in law enforcement or the military is a plus
• Certified in CPR and first aid
• Garda vetting is required
