Description

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Dufftown. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our assets and personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our premises.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, monitoring for suspicious activity
• Screen and admit authorized personnel and visitors
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Monitor and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

 

Qualifications

• HS&G or SIA Security Officer License or equivalent
• Experience in a security role is essential
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Previous experience in a customer service or public safety role is desirable
