Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Dundee. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity
• Enforce building rules and regulations, including access control and visitor management
• Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine security checks of equipment, systems, and locks
• Prepare and maintain security reports and logs
• Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
• Provide customer service and assistance to employees and visitors
• Undergo regular training to maintain proficiency in security protocols

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and agility required for patrolling and emergency response
• Working knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
